Investigators say Jason Gibson, 30, was shot in the leg, inside a second story apartment house on Ontario Street, by someone outside the house around 9:30 Monday night.

Deputies blocked off the road and a reverse 911 call urged residents to stay in their homes until the investigation was finished.

Gibson was taken to strong hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

There has been no word on an arrest.

Police say there were several bullet holes in the home .
