A Waterloo man is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators say Brian Jensen, 37, had sexual contact with a four year old girl on at least two occasions.
Jensen is in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail or a $5,000 secured bond. He's set to appear in town court on February 14.
