The Rochester summer music calendar is filling up. Tickets are now on sale for the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival.

It's the 12th edition of the event, which is expected bring some 200,000 people to Rochester.

Tickets are available for purchase on-line. The box office was open Friday only for ticket sales to the headliners series held at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre.

This year's festival will include more than 225 performances at 19 venues. There are also free outdoor shows.

Some of the headliners include Willie Nelson, Pink Martini, and David Byrne.

"It is fantastic because it has so many different varieties of music. Jazz is an assortment of a variety of music. They do such a great job of organizing it and we wouldn't miss it.
It's a happening in addition to great music," said John Steinbrenner of Brighton.

Tickets range from $40 to $125.

Jazz Fest runs June 21st through the 29th.
