If you're looking for something to do with the kids, the Seneca Park Zoo is once again offering free admission to kids today.
It is part of the Free Youth Admission Days.
A child can enjoy free fun with the purchase of one adult admission until 3 p.m.
Today's promotion celebrates Presidents' Day.
"Well some of the animals you would be surprise, I mean we think the Baboons might not like the winter, but all of a sudden they are throwing snow at each other and eating snow. You know the tigers are fine," said Rachel Baker August of the Seneca Park Zoo Society. "We were surprised the lions have really been out quite a bit because they have heating pads on their rocks. So it's warm on their rocks but they walk around and look at the snow and smell it and just taste it. It's a whole new experience for them."
The next free admission day will be Saint Patrick's Day, March 17th.
Other events this week is include "Travel-tastic" week at the The Strong Museum in conjunction with LEGO Adventure. Rochester Institute of Technology has a full size off road Baja on display and with LEGOs you can build away.
At the Rochester Museum and Science Center it is "Movie Magic." Each day there is a different theme including Harry Potter, Twilight, Superheroes and Star Wars. On Saturday, you can actually meet your favorite Star Wars characters.
