Rochester General Hospital Ranks Fourth for Cardiac Surgery
High accolades for Rochester General Hospital after announcing it ranked fourth in the nation for major cardiac surgery.
The "Care-Chex" rating service based its findings on cumulative performance in such areas as mortality rates and patient-safety.
The Sands-Constellation Heart Institute at General was ranked number one in New York state hospitals.
It is the third year in a row that RGH was recognized in the "Care-Chex" rankings.
