Penfield Man Faces Burglary Charges
Monroe County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Rochester man they say broke into Don Scott Auto on Atlantic Avenue in Penfield.
Mark Peters, 50, is facing burglary and criminal mischief charges. Deputies found Peters exiting the building when they arrived.
He was arrested and arraigned in Penfield Town Court. He is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail.
