A Yates County man is accused of having sex with an animal.
Yates County Sheriff's arrested Ramond Arthurs, 52, of Dundee, and charged him with animal sexual misconduct and two counts of criminal trespassing. Arthurs was arraigned in the Town of Barrington court and is in jail on $2,500 bail.
Yates County deputies requested a warrant for his arrest after an investigation.
