A Monroe County grand jury indicted a Rochester man on murder charges after police say he stabbed another man to death with a screwdriver.
Marcellus Timmons, 23, was indicted on second degree murder charges in the death of Todd Davidson. Police say the two men got into a fight at Davidson's Tacoma Street home February 13th.
Police say Timmons stabbed Davidson in the side of the head with a screwdriver and then choked him with hood strings. Police found his body after responding to a burglary call at that location.
If convicted, Timmons faces 25 years to life in prison.
