Man Shot by RPD Officers Indicted
A Monroe County grand jury indicted a Rochester man who police said officers shot after he threatened them.

The grand jury indicted Timothy Powell for two counts of second degree assault.

Police said officers shot Powell after he threatened them with a knife and sprayed bleach on them at the Cooper Union on State Street on January 29th.

Powell was treated at the hospital for his injuries and released.
