Sheriff's deputies were called to Chili Avenue around around 1:30 a.m. Deputies say Lucas Fuhry, 24, of Byron, was driving westbound when he went off the road, hit a tree and flipped over.

He was able to climb out through the sunroof. He was taken to Strong Hospital with minor injuries.

Fuhry was charged with felony driving while intoxicated.
