It happened in the Town of East Bloomfield around 6 pm. Ontario County Sheriff's deputies say Jeffrey Harris, 53, got out of his car on Route 64 at the intersection of Route 5 and 20, then punched the rear window of another person's vehicle, causing it to shatter.

Deputies arrested him at his home later in the night.

Harris is charged with criminal contempt and will return to East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
