Rochester police were called to High Street around 4:45 in the morning for the report of a person shot.

Police say a 28-year-old man was shot in the upper torso. He was taken to Strong Hospital with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.

Police say a 21-year-old man was also injured during the incident; he was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Both men live at the home.

Police are still investigating the shooting and ask anyone with information to call 911.
