Police say officers responded to a home on Main Street in LeRoy just after 5 p.m. Saturday. There, they found infant not breathing and a woman having a medical issue.

CPR was performed on the baby, who was taken to a local hospital but pronounced dead there.

Natural causes or an accidental death have not been ruled out. The investigation is ongoing.
