A Rochester woman is accused of driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.
According to State Police, 55-year-old Nancy Morris of Rochester sideswiped a guardrail on the eastbound side of the Inner Loop, then left the scene. They say a six-year-old child was in the car at the time.
