Turn your clocks ahead an hour Sunday
NATIONWIDE -- The bad news is you'll lose an hour of sleep as Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday at 2 a.m. The good news, however, is we'll gain an hour more of sunlight at night.
Make sure to turn your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed. It's also a good time to put new batteries in your smoke detectors.
Not every one recognizes Daylight Saving Time. Areas including Hawaii, most of Arizona and Puerto Rico don't make the switch.
Daylight Saving Time ends November 3rd.
