Donations were coming in for Lake Road residents during Rockin' for Lake Road on Sunday.
All day Sunday, bands performed for the residents whose homes were damaged during the Christmas Eve Tragedy.
Bands were raising money and awareness. Creators of the event say the idea came from another benefit they were throwing for the firefighters.
Some residents in the area did not have everything covered by insurance, and this event was for them.
"Often the people who live in the neighborhood get overlooked and these people have doors that are kicked in, they have bullet holes in their roofs that you only see in movies," said Timothy Warner, Event Co-promoter.
All donations will go to the residents in need of funds for repairs.
