A local musician and volunteer firefighter made a stop at the Hilton Exempt Club Sunday.
His tour, inspired by the recent tragedy in West Webster, takes place at firehouses in the Rochester area every day in March.
Musician Paul Cummings came up with the tour to play 30 shows, in 30 days at local fire houses as "thank you", to fellow firefighters.
The president of the Hilton Fire Department says the show will bring the community together to show their appreciation for the first responders in the area.
"You know, we're the volunteers. We don't get paid to do what we do," said David Zajonczkoski , Hilton Fire Department Inc. President. "It's their way of comin' out and say thank you, doing their part to say thank you to us, and put some money back into it."
Proceeds from the cash bar, raffles and donations will benefit both the West Webster and Hilton Fire Departments.
