Former Pizza Shop Owner Sentenced
The former owner of a local pizza shop was sentenced Tuesday for having a relationship with a 14-year old boy.
Taha Alashwal of Syracuse was sentence to seven years in prison and a dozen years of post-supervised release.
He had pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal sexual act, admitting he had a relationship with a boy through his business. An order of protection was also issued for the victim.
