Rochester Man Faces Arson Charges
A Rochester man is facing arson charges after fire officials say he set an apartment building on fire last weekend.
The Rochester Arson Task Force charged Keith Saddock with felony second degree arson.
Firefighters were called to the Southview Towers on South Avenue around 12:30 a.m. last Sunday for a fire on the 16th floor.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire and determined it to be intentionally set in the hallway.
Saddock was sent to the Monroe County Jail.
