Rain, Sleet and Snow Tonight
Areas of Slick Travel Likely Early and Late Friday
Cloudy and turning much colder tonight with rain showers giving way to sleet and snow showers. Temperatures will settle in the low to mid 30s. Mostly cloudy and cold Friday with a few snow showers and temperatures peaking in the 30s. Some slick travel is likely early Friday then again towards the evening.
Saturday looks cold and breezy with nothing more than a stray flurry for most areas. There may be a period of lake snow over into Wayne County during the afternoon or evening.
Cold and breezy conditions are also expected on Sunday, but dry weather is anticipated throughout the day. A wintry mix is still expected to develop Sunday night giving way to rain before tapering. A period of slick travel is also expected. Breezy and turning colder Monday PM with a few rain and snow showers.
Brisk winds and very cold weather are expected Tuesday through Friday next week with flurries and areas of steadier lake snow. Changeable driving conditions are likely over this period.
