A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Webster teen in connection with a fire that left three of his family members dead.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday evening in Webster Town Court for 15-year old Michael Pilato, but the hearing was waived, following the grand jury's decision.

Pilato is accused of setting fire to his Webster home last Wednesday. His father, Carmen, and brothers, 12-year-old Joshua and 16-year-old Paul were killed. His sister Elizabeth and mother Elaine were injured.

Police say Michael spread gasoline around the home before igniting it.
