Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic announced Friday it's reducing it's workforce by the equivalent of 58 full-time positions.

Hospital administrators say they are cutting the jobs in anticipation of reduced reimbursement because of the Affordable Care Act.

The hospital says eligible workers are being offered severance packages.
