Fundraiser to "Fill the Dome to Bring Brittanee Home"
There will be another fundraiser Friday night to help aid the search for missing Gates Chili High School junior Brittanee Drexel.
The Dome Arena in Henrietta will host "Fill the Dome to Bring Brittanee Home,” which is three parties in one place. Proceeds will go toward funding the search for the missing teen.
Reality show celebrities from VH1 will be on hand. Some came in early to meet Brittanee's family. This event is the work of family friend Chuck Lamagra.
"Two months ago my 13-year-old daughter said, ‘Daddy, with all the people you know and the things that you can do you can't do something,' so she called me out, I started calling all my friends. I've been in this business a long time and I just basically take every favor I've got and put it together and it's looking pretty good right now," Lamagra said.
"Having a private investigator, it costs a lot to have him keep searching for Brittanee. So we're hoping that a lot of people will come out and support Brittanee. We've gotten a lot of community support too which as been wonderful," said Dawn Drexel, Brittanee’s mother.
Brittanee went missing April 26 while on Spring Break in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – a trip her parents did not approve.
