Two people charged in a 1992 cold case murder appeared in Orleans County Court Monday. Shaliq Reed and Joyce Powell are charged in the shooting death of John Rutledge.

Two family members charged in connection with the death of another family member made a court appearance Monday. Corey Buzard, 33, of Holley, and his cousin Courtney Buzard, 17, of Brockport, are charged with criminally negligent homicide.
